AABOR Fall 2026 Meeting Information

In response to the very positive feedback about the Hampton Beachfront location at the February 2026 Conference, the fall AABOR Conference has been booked for the same venue.  The staff at the Hampton said they very much enjoyed hosting the AABOR Conference and look forward to welcoming everyone back to the property. 
 
The October date was selected since it is toward the end of cutoff, and dates in November and December after election/Provisionals were not popular with Registrars as those dates are considered too close to the holiday season. 

The room block is now open (see the link below in blue) with the same rates as in February – which is a great deal, especially considering that October is a popular time at Orange Beach with a lot to do in the area.  Remember that the number of rooms in the block are limited, so make your reservations ASAP!  Please pay particular attention below to the cut-off date for the block rates. 

Beginning Thursday, October 22, 2026 – Saturday October 24, 2026, the rates are as follows:

• Two queen beachfront suites are $229.00 per night (regular rate $457).
  
• Two queen beachfront (not suites) $199.00 per night (regular rate $394).
  
• Two queen beds inland $169.00 per night (regular rate $294).
